Ingredients:
1 caramel corn or maple brown sugar multigrain flavor rice cake
2tablespoons Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
1 (1/4-inch) thick round slice fresh pineapple, patted dry
OR 1canned pineapple slice, drained
1tablespoon Smucker's® Apricot Low Sugar Preserves
Cinnamon

Directions:
1.SPREAD rice or multigrain cake with peanut butter.
2.PLACE pineapple slice on peanut butter.
3.SPREAD with preserves. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
