Ingredients:
1 maple brown sugar multigrain rice cake, or white Cheddar rice cake
2tablespoons Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
1tablespoon Smucker's® Apricot Sugar Free Preserves
1/4 medium apple, cored and chopped
1tablespoon shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
1.SPREAD multigrain or rice cake with peanut butter.
2.COMBINE preserves and chopped apple. Spoon on top of peanut butter.
3.SPRINKLE with cheese.
Yield: 1 serving
