Ingredients:
1 caramel corn flavor rice cake
2tablespoons Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
1tablespoon Smucker's® Orange Sugar Free Marmalade
6 canned mandarin orange or clementine segments, drained, and patted dry

Directions:
1.SPREAD rice cake with peanut butter.
2.SPREAD marmalade on top of peanut butter.
3.ARRANGE orange segments in pinwheel design in the center of the rice cake.
