Peanut Butter & Banana Granola Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup granola cereal, finely crushed
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 12 pretzel sticks

Directions

  • Step 1

    PLACE peanut butter in small bowl. Place granola in seperate small bowl.

  • Step 2

    CUT bananas into 1-inch pieces. Add to peanut butter, one at a time, stirring gently to coat all sides. Remove with fork. Place in granola, turning to coat.

  • Step 3

    STAND bites upright. Insert 1 pretzel stick into top center of each piece. Serve immediately.

  • Step 4

    For frozen bites, place in freezer for 1 hour or until solid.
