Peanut Butter Bran Shake
- 1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons bran cereal
- 1/3 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter stirred
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
- Step 1
PLACE apple juice and cereal in blender container. Allow to soften for 3 minutes.
- Step 2
ADD peanut butter and cinnamon to apple juice mixture. Process for 45 seconds or until smooth. Add frozen yogurt. Process until well-blended.
- Step 3
POUR into two tall glasses. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
- Step 5
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FIBER SHAKE: Substitute chocolate frozen yogurt for vanilla.
