Apple Peanut Butter Snack

- 2 Gala apples cored, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter stirred
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted sunflower kernels
- Step 1
PLACE apple slices on serving plates. Stir together peanut butter, yogurt, apple juice and cinnamon until blended.
- Step 2
SPOON peanut butter mixture evenly on apples. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
