Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) firm tofu, well drained
- 2 tsps. roasted red chili paste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. finely grated gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE peanut butter, tofu, chili paste, lemon juice, gingerroot, soy sauce and garlic powder in food processor container. Process until well-combined.
- Step 2
USE as sandwich spread, dip for vegetables or spread on crackers, bagels or crostini.
