  • 1 tablespoon Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 bananas
  • Lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped peanuts


  1. STIR together peanut butter and honey in a small bowl. Blend in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  2. SLICE bananas. Dip in lemon juice. Arrange on lettuce leaves on salad plates. Spoon peanut butter dressing over top. Sprinkle with peanuts.
