  • 1/3 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) firm tofu, well drained
  • 2 teaspoons roasted red chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. COMBINE peanut butter, tofu, chili paste, lemon juice, gingerroot, soy sauce and garlic powder in food processor container. Process until well-combined.


  1. USE as sandwich spread, dip for vegetables or spread on crackers, bagels or crostini.
