Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups honey and nut breakfast cereal
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts or roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350º F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE butter, peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 35 to 45 seconds stirring until well blended.

  • Step 3

    COMBINE cereal, peanuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture. Toss well to coat. Spread mixture evenly on foiled baking sheet.

  • Step 4

    BAKE 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired. Store in resealable plastic bag.
